Hi Missy,
I've been using Orlistat for about a month now. I think what you should focus on is how much you've lost in fat percentage as this is what is used for. It all depends on how you're body reacts. I haven't lost that much weight (5 kg in 3 months), but I have lost 2 % of body fat, and gained quite a bit of muscle. As long as I see that fat percentage go down I'm happy, no matter what the scale says. Of course, it only works if you combine it with a low fat diet, which will practically eliminate a lot of the fats that you are taking in, which means your body can focus on burning the fat that you already have instead of the fat that you are taking in on a daily basis. I'd say stick with it for another month and get a smart scale. If you are eating healthier, exercising, and it still isn't doing anything, then I wouldn't bother as it is quite expensive.
Hope I was of some help 🙂

I went back to using Orlistat after regaining weight after a long hiatus from exercising and starting a new job. I also use them only when I have a "cheat" meal, because I kind of want to have some healthy fats in my diet, like Omega-3s. They worked for me, but the most important part is to have portion control, nutritious eating 90% of the time, and at least 50 minutes of cardio per day. I have lost 7 pounds since my summer started, and I feel great!

Hi,
I was hoping to find out if I need to take a Xenical tablet with a protein shake that contains 4% fat for breakfast, another that contains 2% fat before bed or do I just take with my regular evening meal?
My meds get here next week so want to be prepared correctly and avoid any "accidents"!!
Thank you 😊
