I've been eating high carb/starch and low fat for almost a month now and it's going so well. I'm losing weight, I am full of energy, and my blood pressure is falling to the point where my doctor is about to take me off my BP meds after years of being on them. I know people are scared of carbs and tend to find the plant-based life style restrictive, but it's working really well for me. Just wondering if there are other people who eat this way and have had good results.

The Whole Foods Plant Based Diet is arguably the healthiest diet known. There is no other way of eating that prevents, arrests or reverses so many diseases.

@MrsHenchy: glad you found an approach that is working for you! You will find a soulmate in @GershonSurge. I also eat a fair amount of carbs, but everything else (including dairy, meat, fish) as well in moderation.
