Don't have an answer for that, @Deezy123, but this info from the American Heart Association gives some insight (read full article for more info):
According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day are (7):
Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons).
Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons).
To put that into perspective, one 12oz can of coke contains 140 calories from sugar, while a regular sized snickers bar contains 120 calories from sugar.

If you stick with natural sugar that is found in foods you should be OK. The sugar found in soda, candy, poptarts, etc is the stuff you want to stay away from. Having a piece of cake every now and then is fine, having sugary cereal for breakfast everyday is not. I have a 13 year old who loves sweets like most of you do. He gets dessert after dinner (small portion). The rest of the day, no sugar. No soda, no juice none of that stuff. If he wants sweet cereal, I make him oatmeal with honey and peanuts.

@Deezy123- are we talking something like Gatorade or Redbull? If you're participating in very physical sports after school then the first might not necessarily be a bad thing. See below for a make your own drink - cheaper too. However, unless you're exercising for over an hour you can get away with just water. The high caffeine drinks you just don't need.
Natural Sports Drink Recipe:
3.5 cups water
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
An eight-ounce serving provides 50 calories and 110 mg sodium.
