Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

1 Chicken Breast

2 slices of back bacon (or one slice of middle bacon)

Marinade

Butterfly the chicken breast

Coat with two teaspoons of marinade all over

Close the chicken

Put on the bacon slices and roll up

Put on the top shelf of a pre heated oven (gas mark 9) for ten minutes

Flip over and cook for another ten

Grill for 5 minutes

Flip and grill for another 5

I'm still working on the times and used a bottled periperi marinade, serve with chips, salad, or whatever

Teriyaki Marinade is also fab done this way, hun!!  YUMMMMM!!!

This does sound good. I wonder if a place like world Market would carry it.

But I did find a recipe for Peri Peri  that looks easy. Have to scroll down a ways to see it
