Anyone have a good Brussel Sprouts recipe? I have some from my CSA box, and I don't know what to do with them. Thanks!

My favorite is Roasted Brussel Sprouts - I could eat them every day!

Same basic idea, but I cook mine at 425F. Basic guide - cauliflower, brussels sprouts, carrots, eggplant (30-40mins), onions (20-30mins), green beans (10-15mins). I think I used to cut the sprouts in half if I was roasting with other items. Toss with a little oil, sprinkle with pepper and a touch of salt if desired. If you're doing a mix, slice in some garlic pieces with it. When done, sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar and serve.

I quarter them then put them into a ZipLock Container with a Jar Type Lid, add 1T of Olive Oil, then shake it all up. I fry them at just over Medium in my T-Fal Skillet with a Lid so that they steam a little. I like to get a "Bark" on them so I leave them alone for maybe 8 - 10 Minutes before I start Turning them. Since I love the taste of the Brussels Sprouts themselves, and usually can't afford the Sodium, I don't add any spices or seasonings.

I roast mine too- but if I am in a hurry, I steam them- cut in half and steam for 7-9 minutes- spray with pam, salt and pepper. You can use olive oil instead of pam for more flavor. I also really like red pepper flakes and lemon on them. You can roast them and then toast with salt, pepper, olive oil and rehydrated cranberries..

I like then roasted as well. But I also like them just steamed.
@emili Thanks for some reason I never thought of Lemon. I do use Red Pepper Flakes

I like them roasted like other mentioned but I also like to slice them into ribbons and make them into a salad with a lemon vinaigrette. You can add almost anything you want to it but I like adding some onion, sunflower seeds and bacon to mine. Simple vinaigrette with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Yummy.

Cut in half, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut 2 pieces of thick cut bacon into small (about 2") lengths and drape over sprouts. Roast in 400F oven for about 25-30 minutes. A quick, easy and healthy meal that really fills you up, and only about 400 calories (depending on how much oil you use).
