For folks using MyFitnessPal to log food (like I do), when determining how many calories you remaining you can eat after exercise adjustments, do you use MFP's calculation, or Fitbit's?
The two platforms seem to vary for me daily by several hundred calories.
I've been using MFP's calculations, but thinking about it, I wonder if Fitbits would be better.
Thoughts?

I didn't use MFP but I used to use Loseit.com and I was a bit weary of going away from it at first so I was logging in fitbit and loseit.com. They were almost right one with each other. Biggest difference was 15 calories so I have changed to logging everything in Fitbit. Hope that helps

GnortenJones, I have often wondered the same about logging in MFP for food items. I would like to hear more on this subject from others.
