Can you track Pellegrino as water?

ANSWERED

So I occasionally drink Pellegrino but I have never thought to include it in my water tracking. It i sparkling natural mineral water with no calories or anything except 10mg of sodium typically. I tried to google it but the articles I found just confused me more. Does anyone else count Pellegrino as water?

I only drink sparkling mineral water if I can help it and I absolutely track it as water. Tap water tastes weird to me and still bottled water lacks that pazzaz that only a bit of fizz can add 😛

I drink it too. It's water and hydrates the body. I get bored with regular bottled water, so I add sparkling water to my diet. All zero calories. I brew Herbal Tea and drink it cold, zero calories. Good luck.
