I know there are plenty of LCHF places, but Fitbit is my main 'home', so let's start this page. The idea is to post 'Classic' recipes that are either intrinsically LCHF or altered to LCHF and are still awesome. Post the relevant nutrition info if possible.
The first is a classic Cobb Salad from Saveur

I omitted the sugar and substituted chevre for Roquefort (wife hates blue cheese), and used 1/2 cup EV olive oil instead of the 1c total oil in the recipe.
Info for HALF recipe using MFP calculator. (Allegedly serves 4-6...I ate half as a mega-meal) :
24g carbs (net 12), 53g protein, 90g fat (mainly the EVOO).
Wonderful one-plate mega-salad meal.
