Generally, I have a 2 oz. Egg Beaters omelet (28 cals) on either a Mission Carb Balance tortilla (80 cals) or a Thomas English Multi-grain wheat Muffin (100 cals). I add a half slice of Hormel Canadian Bacon (35 cals) or 2-3 slices of Turkey Pepperoni (5 cals/slice) and a 1/3-1/2 oz of 2% Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese (90 cals per ounce). Total = 162 to 180 calories. Nothing between breakfast and lunch.

Korean rice roll cookie or two, 1/2 cup of juice, and an apple or a couple kiwis. I really should eat more but I'm more of a morning snacker. It'll amount to almost ~300 calories and 4-8 grams of fibre.

Bullet coffee 'plus':
Keur machine coffee into blender w 1 Tbsp butter, 2 Tbsp coconut oil (I like the extra coconut flavor). Pour into mug.
Top off w foamy espresso from a Nesp machine (the Clooney-DeVito one). Wakes and keeps things going until I feel like eating..can be ages 🙂
Yeah yeah..I have both coffee makers...love coffee!! 😛

A spoonful of Royal jelly is a great boost of energy in the morning! You should give it a try!

@SantiR ? All you eat is a spoonful of jelly ? That cannot be enough to sustain you through a day. Two years down the road, I'm at a point where I've lost all of the weight I ever imagined and now struggle to eat enough to not lose more because of my level of activity/training.
I start my day with a 2oz glass of orange juice, followed by a 1/4 ciup of whole yogurt, an oz of granola and a small box of Sun Maid raisins...and then I eat a one egg omelet with an oz of cheese and some type of breakfast meat (canadian bacon, real bacon or turkey sausage crumbles). WHen I'm home on weekends, sometimes I will also make myself a bean and cheese breakfast taco with pico de gallo.

@NY2TX Glad to hear about your weight loss! You can eat the spoonful of Royal jelly right after breakfast! You will feel full of energy!
That breakfast sounds really good! The breakfast taco sounds very yummy and easy to make!

@SantiR Full of energy? I power walk a 10K everyday (almost) - yesterday I won a 5K trail race in rocky, hilly terrain (I'm 67 and the #2 man is a friend who is 19 yrs younger). This morning (Sunday AM) I added a few oz of blackberries to my yogurt and made 2 pcs of french toast with 3 strips of bacon

Wow! I congratulate you sir! @NY2TX I want to be like that at the age of 67. What's your secret? That inspires me and I'm pretty sure that inspires others too.

@SantiR Secret? There's no secret actually. It starts with realizing that simple "steps" mean very little and it is effort (and sweating along with disciplined eating) that works. If don't pt in the time and effort, you can do mega steps and still not lose weight. I've never gone above 33,000 steps in a day, probably average 18,000 a day, but power walk a 10K every day.
I also do not look at anyone else for motivation. I am self-motivated. I do not do "Challenges" because being me is challenging enough. If someone chooses to look at what I do for motivation, I say, "Don't, you could get hurt unless your body is capable."
I once was an athlete, was a fallen athlete and now a returned athlete.

I'll admit to being a cereal junkie. A cup of cereal in the morning with some kind of fruit....usually strawberries or blueberries on top with a 1/2 cup of milk. Maybe twice a week I'll add an english muffin topped with honey/cinnamon. (and of course coffee).

Anyone out here on a plant based diet? ( avoiding processed foods of any kind)
Breakfasts for me are high in calorie but packed with protein and fiber - I would either go for:
Rye bread with home made pumpkin seed butter (or almond) banana & cinnamon
or
porridge oats, hemp milk, chia, flax and hemp seeds - toasted almond flakes and rasberries.
Would be interested in hearing about any vegan breakfasts out there....
🙂

I usually stick with a whole wheat english muffin and a fried egg with sriracha on it. I also have to have my coffee in the mornings, and have changed from coffee creamer and sugar (too many calories) to a chocolate soy milk that I LOVE, Soy Slender. Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of the day and I love finding new and healthy solutions!!

2 coconut oil fried eggs sprinkled with cayanne pepper on top of romaine lettuce. A small bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and raisens as a side. My usual 1 cup of coffee with coconut milk and honey. All in reasonable serving sizes! Lots of water.

@ErickFitbit I am using Grenade Flapjacks at the minute, I find them tasty and they do the job in keeping my full for the morning, hoping they aren't ultra bad for me in ways I am not aware but they've certainly helped get the first bit of weight off that I was looking to shift.

I make my own smoothies:
Thaw the bananas for 1 minute in the microwave, then blend everything together.
You don’t have to freeze the bananas but this way the smoothie is thicker and much colder. If you just want the coldness you could add ice cubes instead.
I sometimes add a couple of spoons of bran flaxes for the roughage.
Carl.

Since I have been following IntensiveWeigh, my breakfast is typically eggs of some sort and fruit. Being summer, there is fresh fruit in plentiful supply. I tend to do a "popover" (eggs get quite high and puffy when microwaved) or hard boiled. I am loving hard boiled eggs. I have also found that egg salad and tuna salad with avocado is pretty tasty. I'm not tired of eggs yet 🙂
