Alright, so im new here to this! I currently work 2 jobs. Day shift 9-4 and Night Shift 9-5. Travel time between jobs limits me to about an average of 3 hours a sleep, per day! I need a meal prep plan that I can cook on Sundays, ready for Breakfasts, Lunch, and Dinners, and Snacks! Only foods I don't eat are fish or shellfish. Im up for trying anything since I don't have time to workout at a gym or even go for a run! Thanks!

You could subscribe to a meal delivery service for 1-2 weeks, see how they do it and emulate it.
