Different foods shown when searching

When my wife and I try to search for a food we get entirely different results. For example if we search for 'Scotch egg' she gets one then lots of other foods (including ice-creams!), whereas I get over half a dozen(each from a different supermarket). We are both in the UK with our location set to UK  so What setting is wrong?

Another issue is the bar codes: scanning the bar code for cauliflower cheese grills returned Almond butter

after much hunting she has found it: under food, three dots -> Edit food plan -> food database

Yes, so many entries found in the database were created by other users and often lack accurate caloric/macro-nutrient info etc. It can be very misleading, users beware. Not to mention, even the manufacturer nutritional labels can be under by 10% accuracy.
