As a proper Jersey girl, I am a diner fan... I think it might be Genetic.... ![]()
Breakfast: egg white omlette with veggies.... filling and yummy... I skip the homefries and if I have toast, I go for whole wheat
Lunch: I will either get a big salad, or do a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and only eat half the bun. I skip the fries... my diner will give me the veggie of the day..
Dinner: Soup as long as it isn't cream based, Chicken Gyro platter and skip the pita
