If I'm entering an ingredient into my food log, and there is nothing in the description about it, should I record the wet\cooked weight or the dry\uncooked weight?
For example, am I recording 75g of pasta, which is the dry weight right out of the packed, or am I recording 250g which is the weight once it's been cooked.
I know that some of the ingredients do make the distinction, but I'm thinking about the ones that don't. Such as the ones that are simply down as being Pasta (Name of brand of shop).

@PerfectBlue Please use the dry, uncooked weight in your food log. I always do this for things like pasta, rice, oats, etc.
