Hi all, can somebody please suggest a few easy to make Pakistani (or Indian) dishes that could help reduce belly fat?

Hello @mirzanr and welcome to the community. There isn't a way to eat to target a specific loss of fat. The idea is to reduce your caloric intake so overall weight loss happens. Reducing fats, sugars and alcohol is a great way to begin reducing "bad" calories and seeing some weight loss. I think in both cuisines you mention there are a lot of vegetarian options that you can start with. I would suggest using whatever search engine you prefer and look for recipes.
