Last month a trend went around the internet with people blending cottage cheese with fruit and freezing it to make homemade high protein yogurt.
What’s your favorite sweet cold treat to eat in the summer?

This time of year, it has to be watermelon or cantaloupe. Sometimes I'll freeze some grapes and munch on those.

Cottage Cheese isn't going to turn into yogurt, but it sounds tasty.
I take 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and put in blender with 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries-no sugar added- and make a frosty treat,

I like to mix bite-size bits of frozen fruit into some plain yogurt with a scoop of protein powder. Frozen cherries are the best, but I'll switch it up with mango chunks or smaller berries (blueberries blackberries and raspberries)

Grapes cut in half with fresh mint leaves and a touch of honey. Mix and let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours. The longer it sits, the more juice it releases, so enjoy with a spoon. Simply delicious.
