Favorite smoothie/protein shake recipes?

Hi! 

What would be your favorite smoothie or protein shake recipe? I am looking for more ideas!

 

Here's my favorite protein shake / healthy chocolate milkshake recipe.

 

1 cup of milk

1 or 1 1/2 frozen banana (depending on consistency you want)

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

 

and voilà!

Wow! That shake sounds very tasty, I will try it for sure! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

 

My mother prepares a very energetic and tasty one too, of course my favorite, it goes like this:

 

For 1 serving:

 

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp of oatmeal

Put it all on the blender and mix well. You can also use a bit of honey, if you wish, and some bee pollen as well (if you like it of course). 

 

I drink it in the morning. It gives me a boost of energy for the rest of it!

I go through phases, but at the moment its this:

 

1 x scoop chocolate caramel whey

1 x cup of cold coffee

1 x cup of light soy milk

15 raw almonds

A squeeze of sugar-free chocolate syrup 

 

So yummy! Smiley Tongue
