How does one figure out what my caloric intake would be from a homemade dinner? I have made some absolutely delicious soups for dinner (excuse me while I toot my own horn), but I don't know how much to credit for my intake. Anyone have an answer? Is there a website that does all of that for you?
I'm looking for simple and easy.....
Best AnswerI use Calorie Count. It contains a recipe analyzer. There too you must enter the total amount of each ingredient used, but it will then breakdown the recipe into a serving with all nutrition based on the total number of servings the recipe makes.
