Figuring out my caloric intake.

How does one figure out what my caloric intake would be from a homemade dinner?  I have made some absolutely delicious soups for dinner (excuse me while I toot my own horn), but I don't know how much to credit for my intake.  Anyone have an answer?  Is there a website that does all of that for you?

I'm looking for simple and easy.....

I use the "My Fitness Pal" app. It is difficult because you have to input all of the ingredients and and the number of servings, but it works if you can do that.

I use Calorie Count.  It contains a recipe analyzer.  There too you must enter the total amount of each ingredient used, but it will then breakdown the recipe into a serving with all nutrition based on the total number of servings the recipe makes.

Yes, Fitbit and My Fitness Pal link well. It uses the amount of exercise and steps and usually counts them as added calories. You have to get past 10,000 steps though.
