Any advice for a salmon lover?

Thanks.. I eat a lot of salmon. I try to stick with spices. I have tried sesame seeds in place of breading. I brushed a little (sweetened) sesame seed oil on the salmon and rolled the salmon in sesame seeds, add fresh garlic and sprinkled a light dusting of cumin atop. I then wrap it well in foil and bake for about 20 minutes. It turns out flakey and moist.
Sashimi grade Salmon or Tuna is best. I like mine rare to med rare. (ccoking time 10 minutes)

Yum! I've never thought of putting spinach on tacos, but it's a great idea! A little more nutrient dense than regular old lettuce, I think.
