Fitbit app doesn't log food (calories) anymore

Suddenly, my Fitbit app doesn't logg the food calories anymore. 

When I use the website, it is still working. Is this a bug in the recent update?

Hi everybody! Thank you for your comments. I'm glad to announce this issue has been fixed with the latest Android released of the Fitbit app. See more details here: Android app version 3.41.2 is now available.

I have the same problem. The food I logged is listed in the categories "breakfast, lunch" etc, but in the end it's not counted in the total calories per day which is written on the top.

Also having this problem after last update. It only registers when I put food under "lunch". Hope it gets fixed soon.

Thanks! Haven't found out yet. At least it's a temporarily solution, just eat all your food at lunchtime 😂.

I havent logged food for a while but when re-starting yesterday the total calories etc was not correctly summed up in the app. It is true that only food logged under lunch seem to be saved correctly. Any other food logged not under lunch is not synched to the web interface or vv and not summed up in the daily total. Super annoying, please fix asap!

En mettant la mise à jour d'aujourd'hui (no. 3.39.2), j'ai perdue toutes mes données entrées au niveau des calories depuis le 2 avril dernier jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Est-ce normal ?   Y aura t'il une correction ? Anne Morency morencya@videotron.caEnvoyé depuis mon appareil Galaxy

As you tell us, I have installed the new version on PlayStore.Before I install the New application a few minutes ago, all my daily calories entered between April 1st and today were there.  And now my daily data doesn't appears.

Any update on this issue yet? I have been searching for an official ticket ID or similar that I can subscribe to, to know the status and get information when this particular issue is resolved. Where can I find it? Or is this community the closest I can get? Would be great if there is an overview of known ongoing problems and their estimated time of resolution. Thanks!

Hey @Jojo1977, thank you for checking that information. I will be updating this thread when we have an update available. Since this issue is affecting not all users we need to run some tests to make sure this is solved. Sorry for all the inconvenience with your food stats!

My custom foods don’t allow calories anymore. They show up as zero all the time. And when I select a frequent food, all foods I normally eat with it show up in the list but with zero calories. What’s up with that??
