Fitbit or My Fitness Pal food tracker

Any advice on which is better to use to log foods whilst trying to lose weight, my fitness pal or Fitbit? 

From what I can see MFP gives you a set number of calories a day but Fitbit alters your calories depending on your activity levels.   

any advice on which one is better?

I have used MFP for year however I am currently giving the Fitbit a try. As far as the nutrition part goes, they seem to be very similar. However I like the fact that I don't have to enter my workout information into Fitbit, it calculates and enters it automatically based on my tracker. It allows me to see at a glance how many calories I have left and if I'm in my zone. Hope that helped. Good luck
