Has anyone ever used a food delivery service like Plated or Hello Fresh for weight loss?
The best "food delivery" is go to your local grocery store, and purchase fresh produce like vegetables,
fruits and whole grains (and stay away, as much as possible from the junk in packages), then prepare
the fresh produce as close to nature as possible (minimal cooking, if needed), and live a healthy life.

I tried Plated (just to see how it worked). Loved it, but it's pricey!!! The only time saving was that I didn't have to prep the meal components (but some things, like garlic, I still had to chop). It's convenient, but not for the cost. I figured that the ingredients via Plated were 3-5 times more than I would have paid at the grocery store.
If you're really tight on time AND have extra money, you could give it a shot, but you'll still have to open packages and cook the food.

It honestly feels really odd to purchase only one plate of something, I think fresh and local is the best way to go when it comes to food.
Also, isn't the packaging a bit wasteful?

I use Diet-to-Go, have been on their Keto 30 plan for months! The food is so good, and you don't have to cook it, just heat it up and eat it 🙂

There are different options and prices
--------------------------
Some companies offer delivery of dishes for a certain period. It turns out to be cheaper than ordering one time. When I was on a diet, I used the services https://happymamapapacatering.com/. It is really very convenient. My excess weight problems appeared because I didn't have time to prepare healthy meals and eat on time. But such services allow adjusting your nutrition and accordingly correct health and weight. For such busy people like me, this is a really great option.

We've been using Chef's Plate for almost a year. What I love about it, is I can go on the website and change out our meals. I keep an eye on calories and how may vegetables are included. It's great, beacause it removes the meal-decision-torture for 3 days a week. I've lost 17 lbs in the time we've been subscribers.

I'm not really a fan of food delivery services cause I like my meal fresh plus I like visiting local produce markets on the weekends. But a friend recommended me Hello Fresh, she's been using it for 6 months now. Might be worth a try.

Local markets are a great option too, @healthy2022!
Food delivery service is very convenient and practical for a busy week, and whenever I feel like preparing something on my own or try something different, I visit the local markets. 😀
