Hi my food log is giving problems. If I choose a different measurement such as "medium" french fries, it will default to a "large". If I choose "100g" of steak, it will default to "100 ounces". If I choose "1 serving" of cashew nuts, it will default to "1 ounce". It was working fine until the last few days. Thanks.

Both my husband and I are having problems logging food. It was working fine a few days ago. Portion sizes are automatically changed for some reason. I have a feeling that the calories may be correct but having real problems creating new meals!!

This has been going on for a while now. I'm surprised Fitbit has not fixed the problem. A functioning food log is an important part of the fitbit experience. If Fitbit is listening, please bring back the charting features for blood pressure, pulse, and glucose as well. 🙂

Thanks for the info. I guess this is an ongoing and unresolved issue. I wonder why it only started giving me problems in the last few days.

Same problem here. If I log 500 grams of green beans, for instance, it shows 500 beans. The calories still appear accurate though in spite of the unit measure hiccup.

I am having the same issues with logging my food. I have been really good about logging every thing I put into my mouth and have had really good results with weight loss as well as monitoring my sodium intake. We have been on vacation and I was logging the meals I ate and noticed it. Has anyone heard anything from fitbit about when the problem will be resolved. I went back and notice it has affected lots of my previous logs. It's very irratating. The conversions are not accurate when changed.
