Food diary

Hi everyone,

 

Since a couple of  months im dedicated to get in shape. I go to the gym 3 times a week and started eating better. Im really interested in what you all eat in a day. Here is my food diary:

 

Breakfast: quark with pear and cacaonibs

Snack: two ricecrackers with turkeyfilet

Lunch: three fullgraincrackers with avocado and turkeyfilet

Snack: fruit of choice

Dinner: veggies, chicken, rice or potatoes

Snack: porpercorn, ricecrips or yoghurt and piece of fruit

 

Im still trying to figure out what works for me, so thats why im so interesting in your eating habits!

So let me know what you eat in a day and if u got some advice or tips for me!

Breakfast:

2 cups of vegetables

1 sausage link with sauerkraut

Sometimes I’ll add 2 eggs

 

Lunch:

2 cups of vegetables

10 ounces of chicken breast with avocado or sun-dried tomatoes in oil

 

Dinner:

2 cups of vegetables

Usually some type of meat

Sometimes I’ll add sweet potato or a salad

 

Supplements:

1 protein drink

1 pre-workout drink
