Hi
does anyone know, when logging food, what 'one serving' is for an item of food?
with some foods it's hard to determine what a 'serving' is
any help would be appreciated so I can get a better understanding

Most recipes will have the number of servings it makes. If its 6 then you divide it into 6 servings.
If liquid usually a cup is a serving.

I’ve just tried to add olives to my app and it says one serving! I mean how many is that 1 or 5 ? It’s confusing

@louweight15 Look at the can itself. It will tell you the serving size

Hi @louweight15! It's good to see you visiting the Community for the first time.
A standard serving size is about 75g or: ½ cup (with vegetables), but I'm guessing this could be different with olives. Were you able to find the recommended serving size on the can itself like @WendyB mentioned earlier?
