Foods That Are Easy To Digest

    Greetings All,
     From my little understanding i have noticed that the following foods are easy to digest.
 
  • Rice. Both brown and white rice are great for your digestive system. ...
  • Toast with butter. At some point when you've had a stomach ache or flu you've probably ended up eating plain toast or toast with just butter to feel better. ...
  • Yoghurt. ...
  • Nuts. ...
  • Eggs. ...
  • Oatmeal. ...
  • Avocado. ...
  • Turkey.

Etc..

Thank you so much for this post.  I have heard these foods are also easy to digest - bananas, applesauce, sweet potatoes, chicken, salmon, gelatin and saltine crackers.

I've heard that white rice can make you fat.

White rice is definitely less nutritious and much more processed than other types.  But it will only make you fat if you eat more than you need to maintain your current weight.

I also enjoy nuts and find them easy to digest ... but not peanuts. If I eat those in the evening, they don’t seem to agree with me. Strangely, I can eat an ounce for an afternoon snack and have no problems.
