I got this book from the library, and there are definitely some interesting recipes in this book. Today for lunch, I made myself and my kids Barbecue "ribs" and Cauliflower Mashed "Potoatoes".
The barbecue "ribs" tasted alright, but I think it might have needed to marinade longer in the barbecue sauce, and the cauliflower mashed "potatoes" tasted ok, but I think I needed more cauliflower becuase the mixture was kind of soupy, and I didn't get all the cauliflower that was there processed fully. I wonder if it would have been better if I had also served corn. I always liked to put corn over my potatoes.

I keep wanting to try cauliflower recipes like that but don't have a food processor. Is that what you used?

I did use a food processor. I bought one at Christmas. If you have something like a Magic Bullet or one of those hand wands that might do it. I was also wondering if a set of regular beaters might do the job to if you get the cauliflower pliable enough.

Hey guys, @Warrior40, @CRSunrise! I love Cauliflower! Reading your post just made me hungry. I actually tried to make a cauliflower pizza a couple of weeks ago. It came out delicious and healthier than any other pizza. I'll share the recipe I used and some pics with you tomorrow, because I have them on my home computer. 🙂
