I am gluten free, vegetarian. I need some quick, healthy snack ideas. Does not have to be vegan.

need more info to help. Like suggestions from other post...would suggest: avoiding canned, but if you have to go there, go organic.
Snack...odd term. Should be eating every 2-3 hours. Meal...then mini-meal...nuts/seeds/beans/quinoa...
You should be eating based on what you have just done, or are going to do.....
Are you talking pre-workout snack? After workout? Just satisfying the munchies?
What is your overall general meal plan on a random day?
I'd skip on random unknow 'protein bar'. Protein is marking scam...eating balanced gives you all you need. Protein --> fat just like too much of anything. Stick with as close to the ground as you can get. Processed foods = crap...might as well eat mcdonalds.
You need fruit, grains (gluten free = quinoa should be your friend), carbs...natural like potatos, rice, etc...fiber. But watch fruit as can spike your sugars and wind up creating cravings for salty/sweets...

I"m big on just plain food. Raw veggies, raw fruit, pressure cooked dried beans, unsalted raw nuts, just plain food with nothing fancy on it and minimally done to it.

I'm huge on raw almonds, hummus (I make my own), avocados, banana (but only after I workout), brussel sprouts (this one is really new for me, but I cook about 100 sprouts at a time, then pack them individually. They only take about 30 seconds to warm up. I have this at work all the time. Personally, I add some center cut, uncured bacon....but that's definitely not vegetarian lol).

Corn tortillas can be baked in the oven to dry to the chips and stored for later use.
Use these chips with
1- Hummus
2-Salsa with beans and mango in it
3-Whipped sour cream with diced veggies
4- Left over soups...my fav Minestroni soup
