Are there any good resources for me to read? I am planning on eating chicken only once to twice a month. I have a Vitamix blender and there are tons of great recipes but I am starting to get tired of eating soup everyday.

Sorry to bring up the topic, but could you advise me what I can eat from low-calorie food and whether there is at least some meat in it.thank you in advance for the answer
