HI, I am looking for high protien foods... problem is, i don't like nuts, fish, peanut butter, yogurt, very many types of beans and barely tolerate eggs. Other than turkey/chicken.beef... what can i eat high in protien?

Cheese, Tofu, Milk are all high in protein.Tofu is low in fat and calories also, and you can find low fat cheese and milk.
Also, Quorn products (vegetarian meat substitute) are high in protein as they are literally made up of micro-protein.
Could you try covering fish and beans in a nice sauce?
I wish I didn't like nuts and peanut butter! Always craving them
