Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!

Just wanted to wish all my fellow Canadians a very Happy Thanksgiving!  I've already done my walk before the Turkey and will be going out again after just to make sure I don't gain any weight!

Tips that work for me on holidays or parties:

Eat a large Salad before the meal to fill you up.

Weigh your portions so you don't overdo it!

Go ahead and have a little desert, cut half of what you normally would eat, surprisingly it does satisfy your cravings!

If you do over do things, its ok, get right back on the exercise track and don't beat yourself up.

Most of all enjoy it and don't feel guilty!

The big Turkey feast!Smiley Happy I agree with what you posted. My opinion is that you all should make the best of the choices available. I try to keep all my food entries updated. Treat yourself and have fun! Don't forget to get some exercise in to help burn off some of those extra calories.
