This is an extremely simple recipie that is used by many a camper man and woman. The recipie is a Cinnamon Apple, you create the dessert by cutting up the apple however you wish, removing the core, (Apple Cutter is suitable) and wrapping the exterior in foil. Before you close the top with foil, you drop enough cinnamon (or slight brown sugar substitute) into the cut interior in a way that distrubites the cinnamon enough to fill amost half the apple with cinnamon attaching to the upper area of the apple as well as filling the bottom. You then completely enclose the apple with the foil (Looks like a foil onion at this point) and you give it an ol' strasburg pitch into the oven at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit for 25 Minutes. (The time and heat is different depending on types of ovens and this was the temp. and time that worked for me, but please do not quote me on this one). Once you take them out, let rest on your pan and then enjoy your cinnamon infused apple slices of glory.

(Personal preference is over coals, it really gives it that outdoors taste and leaves you feeling like a Mountain Man)
