Hey FitBit peeps. Back again with a vengeance... not starting from the beginning but from experience =).
On my journey back to overall health but since my last return (years not months =), I am older and its my first time with these changes (aka, lady lumps =). So, I did some research on supplements/minerals and have found what works so far... fast forward--On to my second month of a select round of vitamins already prep for what I need and I have noticed SIGNIFICANT changes. Before this regiment, I would name the balls of hair gathered after a shower/brush of my hair (HAHAHA...Harry, Curlee, Cherry, etc=). NOW, I don't lose balls of hair; I can actually count the # of strands... Also libido, exercise performance, and regularity have greatly improved.
