How do I enter sugar on existing items in my current food log so that they will appear in my dashboard area when I select them ? I'm trying to track my sugar and carbohydrate intake.
I was told to go to "What Did you eat" area to do this.

the fitbit app food logging doesn't track down to that detail, but fitness pal may. I haven't used it myself, but I would check it out if I were you. It is for sure a more thorough food logging tool.
