How do add your food if you make and break it down for calorie count?

Like I just made myself a smoothie with 1 golden beet, 2 small carrots 1 1/2  cup cantaloupe, 1 1/2 cups mango, 1 orange, 2 cups coconut water, 1 inch knob of fresh ginger, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, and 2 tsp tumeric.

 

I have the 1100 Ninja blender (has three blades) and whenever I make smoothies it usually comes out to be 64 oz, so what I do is freeze one half of it to consume another day.

 

All my smoothies usually end up to be this amount, either I make a green smoothie with added spirulina, or a red smoothie with using red beets.

Check each of the ingredients individually on-lne, then calculate  how much of each is included in your smoothie.
