I did try to research before I came to ask. But i am so confused.
I was trying to see on each food plan from easy to hard how many calories are allowed per day. I looked at the one very informative post that was put here before but i cannot find the exact calories in each one.
Can anyone show me where i can actually see that on the actual website dashboard? Thank you so much.
EDIT to ad that I am not sedentary. How do i do the food plans and ad in how much i exercise also as far as type of person that i am?

@SunsetRunner Users can't delete posts. You can always edit a post by tapping on the ellipsis in the upper right of you text box. I can see that you asked your question in a different forum. I'm going to merge all this with your other post. I might look a little odd, but all the responses will be in the same thread.
I'm also going to look for Fitbit food plan help.

@SunsetRunner Here is a link to Fitbit's Help article: How do I track my food with the Fitbit app? The key principle in the food plan is that you set a desired daily calorie deficit. Your app updates throughout the day based on your activity.
I'm not sure this is the right time to start a food plan. Many users are having trouble logging and updating their food. Some users are saying that they log on the web dashboard and it doesn't get reflected in the mobile app. Some users are saying they can add quick calories. Be aware.
