How to Wrap Protein Veggie Wraps to Last for Months

One of the best things you can do to control what you eat is make sure your meals are prepared in advance.  I make 16-24 protein veggie wraps every couple weeks and the beauty is you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
 
Wrap each wrap in a layer of plastic wrap, then in foil.  freeze the wraps in a large freezer bag.  To microwave wraps, remove the foil  and plastic and loosely wrap in a paper towel and heat each one about a minute.

@Set2Bfit - you can also add some shredded lettuce or cabbage or other vegetables. If I’m doing a vegetarian wrap, I spread hummus on the wrap before adding the veggies. These can be very filling.
