My period arrived this morning and I weigh myself every Saturday. How do I eat healthy during my period and maintain my weight loss instead of gaining weight?

Hi @gymaddict20
It is common to have a weight increase during your period. Try to keep in mind - it usually goes back down. It is easy to get frustrated with the temporary gain and decide to fall of track with healthy eating. Stay focused on the big picture and avoid the urge to eat unhealthy. You will thank yourself for staying true to your overall mission of losing weight and eat healthy 😊

This always happens to me- sometimes I gain upwards of 8 lbs from just bloating and water retention on my period. It always goes away (and then some, if I stayed on the wagon during it) when it's over fully. Try not to worry too much about it!
