I work in an office and try to keep a Keto. How is that really possible? I can't get sandwiches or anything because they all come with carbs. The only option I have is salad which is not filling. What do you usually do?

Do you have the ability to bring lunch? I have been on the general low carb lifestyle for a while now and also work in an office. Some of my favorite snacks are 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/4c Blueberries with a dash of cinnamon its delicious and only 10 total carbs. Also, beef jerky is key so you don't have to keep everything in the fridge.
Also, make sure if you have the ability to meal prep that is super helpful. One of my favorite meal prep lunches are cobb salads.They have grilled chicken, bacon, hard boiled egg, feta cheese, romaine lettuce, and ranch. its super filling and also tasty.

So i assume you can't take lunch to work with you. Where do you get your sandwiches and salad from? Just a machine?
In restaurants you can order stuff without french fries,noodles and rice. At multi-item asian fast food places with steam tables i just order meat,tofu and vegetable items.

What has been working for me so far to date: ( i have lost 20 lbs in 2 1.2 months ) which might be too slow for some, but for me its ok.
Slim Jim snack sticks
Hard boiled eggs.
Atkins Peanut Butter cups only 2 net carbs. ( only 1 ) or the Atkins Carmel (yes they are super good)
Ocean Spray DIET 5 Calorie drink only 2 carbs. but it taste great !
Almonds for a snack, (dont over do it ) but almonds makes you feel "full"
at resturants i would find one, and look at the menue, to see if they have "grilled chicken" if so, i ask my friends or family if we can go their instead. ( i dont tell them i am on the diet, i just suggest that resturant. then i order the grilled chicken, with a saled i tell the waitress to skip the potato or me. then they wont even put it on my plate, i wont be tempted

ops should say - i lost 20 lbs in 2 and half months. not 21 months
i also buy the Clear Ice drinks in the water asle, all diet pop and water drinks have zero carbs, and helps with that sweet tooth

Bringing lunch is a very good idea. Many people try to stay healthy by avoiding fast food and basically eating junk outside. This is something all major food retailers are pushing for. Academic researchers shows that now more and more chains are offering some "healthier" or even vegan options which is promising.
