More informarion: It's been happening for a year or so, but just started getting worse. Im 17, when I talk to my doctor she tells me to eat cleaner. My family is vegatatian and we eat very clean! I even tried taking acid reducers and that doesn't help either. Can some one tell me why this is happening or how i can prevent it? I don't actually get sick, just very nauseated. It causes me to eat very very little.

It might be worth it to see another doctor since you know you're eating clean. You're young and you shouldn't have this going on unless you have a known medical problem that would cause this.
Acid reducers work if you have an acid problem but you're feeling nauseated, so I'd probably suggest you try a probiotic. There are many products out there but generally they put the good bacteria into your digestive system.

You should ask you doctor to check you for the bacteria H. Pylori. The fact that your doctor dismissed you without running further tests is insane! What you are experiencing is definitely not normal.
And +1 to the probiotics.

Have you tried an elimination diet? Even if you're eating clean, you may have a food allergy that is causing the nausea...gluten, soy and dairy are all popular villans, but some people are allergic to veggies, fruits and nuts.
Let a doctor know about any bowel changes or weight changes.

You could have issues with gluten, dairy, soy etc. You could also have something like IBS or Chrone's disease though. I would find another doctor. Until then I would try eliminating things one at a time.

Any concerns about your health - such as this - are best adressed with your Doctor. And if you don't feel your doctor is taking you issue seriously, or not following through on tests to determine the cause of your problem ---- get another doc!

When you go see a doctor, here are some questions to ask your self before the visit:
1. Are you eating a snack after school that might cause this?
2. Are you taking a vitamin or any meds that might make you nauseated? (I spread my vitamins out -- or I get nausea!)
3. Is it a particular smell? or time of day?
4. Is there a history or pattern to the nausea? Is it associated with one meal more than others?
5. Ask your new doctor whether you should be tracking food intake, stress levels, sleep patterns, types of exercise, etc?
6. Are you under a lot of/more than usual amount of stress that might be making you nauseated at about the time you eat your main meal?

Three things come to mind....because I have dealt with this myself.
1. Your Gallbladder - may not be functioning as well as it should. They can do bloodtests.
2. Candida - You have too much yeast in your body. Eat some uncooked garlic to help balance this out.
3. Insulin Resistance - Is your urine bubbly like it is kind of soapy? Get your fasting blood sugar checked. This was my issue.
Hopefully, this helps. Best of luck to you!
