I love to make Cheesy Tuna Helper, although there are times I use chicken instead of Tuna. I just wish I knew how to make this healthier because it's so high sodium, but relateively low in calories.
Any ideas?

Post a recipe.
You can reduce just about any recipe. Cut out alot of the chesse for one. Dont use salt you dont need it. But not seeng your recipe is hard to tell

The only way I've ever made it is through Hamburger Helper

I would try and find a recipe out there. Processed foods like hamburger Helper are not really good. They contain a lot of sodium.

I don't know of anyway to reduced a boxed food. You add the meat the rest comes form the Box. Tuna is not high in calories
I googled Cheesy Tuna Help recipes and there are a ton out there. You just need to put into a rtecipe builder and reduce the Calories. Mostly the cheese.
