I need a plan to jump start my weight lost. I need an eating plan.

I need to lost about 20 pounds; which I have gained about 12 over the last few months due to my work schedule. I need an eating plan to jump start my weight lost again. Any suggestions?

Hello.... I do a high protien diet.    Boil chicken quarters, eggs pouched or fried by microwave.   Breakfast is 2 eggs, lunch is  chicken quarter (thats boiled without skin).... and dinner ...repeat lunch.  This isn't the most favorite meal, but I do enjoy chicken ..... I've done this many times in my life and have lost..... anywhere between  ..... 10, 13, 17 lbs in a week to 2 weeks.   I'm very strick on. this and when I get hungry I grab a sugar free ice pop or a couple of scoops of yogert low fat.  

 

Its a great jump start and from there you begin a  better program..  Only stay on this for two - three weeks , you will not loose any more for that month.   Also , keep in mind low fat protiens and lean.  

I'm 20 lbs over weight myself just from the holidays and cruises.   So I just started up this week on my program.....  

 

This is the only diet that works for me... I must be a carb addict.... boooo.....

I like the No S Diet.  It's no sweets, no snacking and no seconds except for sometimes on days that start with 'S'.  Sodas count as sweets.
