I need some calorie input

For supper tonight, we had Pineapple Chicken Breast that I cooked on our Foreman Grill. My dilemma is I can't seem to figure out how to input it in my food log.

This is the recipe I used --> http://allrecipes.com/recipe/14526/pineapple-chicken-tenders/ , but instead of tenders, I used Chicken Breasts. It's 160 calories per serving, and it has 10 servings. I would imagine that it would be a bit more, but I'm sure what the difference might be.

If you are going to make this often, you can create a meal and then log the meal. If this will be the only time, log the ingredients separately and scale it to one serving.

If you only want the calories, you can log a 100 calorie item and have 1.6 servings. The 100 calorie item will appear in the food list when you type 100 in as food.

Go into the Log part of Fitbit's site. On the right - you can create a meal and enter the ingredients seperately, or create a food, call it PCBreast - 1 serving 160 calories. You even have the option of listing macro and micro nutrient amounts.

Then, everytime you have it, type in PCBreast (it should scroll towards the top and let you select it before you finish typing it all.)
