Is there a way to look back at what I was eating several months ago? I lost several pounds then and need to get back to whatever I was doing.

Using the Fitbit dashboard on the computer, click on the Log tab, next click on the Food tab, then there is an arrow to view prior days or you can select a specific date using the select date option.
