Do you really mean 3 times a day, or a week? 3 times a day sounds extreme to me, unless each session is very short. Kudos in any case for your new resolutions!

My focus for the next one month is to get a hold of my nutrition, which includes eating clean and snacking right. Second, I commit to strength training 3x a week, since I have to reduce running to allow my knees to heal from an injury.
