Weight lift 2 days / week

Track both my food and exercise daily [via my  fitness pal & Fitbit)

My Goal is to Lose 10 lbs by making healthier food choices and daily exercise.

I Commit to :

13,000 steps per day

strength training 3 times a week

My goal if to finally reach my short term goal of losing these 5 pounds that I've been struggling with.  I commit to drinking more water ( which is hard to even remember )

Do you really mean 3 times a day, or a week? 3 times a day sounds extreme to me, unless each session is very short. Kudos in any case for your new resolutions!

This is a great initiative for collective accountability. Also, perfect timing before Christmas vacation in Vienna!

 

My focus for the next one month is to get a hold of my nutrition, which includes eating clean and snacking right. Second, I commit to strength training 3x a week, since I have to reduce running to allow my knees to heal from an injury.

Let's do this! I stayed on plan all but two days this past week! Had to
miss one day of gym exercise class due to a funeral - but I did get my
10000 steps in! I Had a work Thanksgiving meal.....boy that took the
calories up! Next week will also be tough - two thanksgiving meals! I am
thinking small servings!

That's great, @Crafty12. I am counting on mindful decisions during the day shall add up to milestones in 30 days!

 

I am going to get that kettlebell tomorrow (enough procrastination). It's yoga and deep stretching for today!
