I use the free Loseit! version and the food I log on Loseit! will populate to the FitBit account.

I use Spark People. Their mobile app is 3.99, but I can download it on my phone and my tablet. It easily syncs to FitBit. It's only my third day using the FitBit, but I have used Spark People for years and love it!

@whit178 ~ And it syncs your steps?

I'm technologically challenged, no smart phone, just my laptop to sync with Fitbit One. Can anyone tell me how to transfer recipe information from Sparks People to Fitbit food tracker? The FB site seems quite cumbersome for adding a recipe so you get nutritional info & serving size.
TIA

I also use the Spark People mobile app. It was free.

Loseit takes Fitbit's calories, not the steps.

I am confused about this linking. So do I just log it into my MFP account and it will transfer to my FB or do I have to log into FB and it will transfer to my MFP? How does this work.
