I work quit a bit. I am looking for some easy ways to prep meals beforehand or meals that take less than an hour to make. Looking to make meal recipes for two. If any one has any suggestions of a good website or their own recipes, Id love for you to share!

We have found the hairy dieters recipe book, really good. It gives you all the calories and you can cook enough food for 4 or 6 portions and then freeze the rest and just defrost them when you ant a quick meal.
