Hi, does anyone know of any good websites for low carb, high protein dinners? Any list I can find on healthy snacks? Any recipes you've tried that were great? I really want to make a weekly meal planner, but my mind suddenly goes blank when I try. Any ideas or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the community, @cristy71671!
The low-carb requirement seriously reduces your options for protein sources: it excludes most plant-based sources of protein (quinoa, rice, beans, lentils, oats etc.) and leaves you with animal sources (meat, fish, eggs, some dairy).
You may want to check sites catering for keto-enthusiasts, such as this one. There are plenty of low-carbers in the community, I’m sure they’ll chime in with more ideas.

@cristy71671 hey there! I am a carb lover so I don't have any recipes or ideas to share, but I found this site https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb when I was looking up your question. I have no idea if its right, wrong or useful, but it may jump start some ideas for you...

Type in "Paleo". There is advice, recipes, etc. on low carb, no grain and no refined sugar recipes. I'm not strict Paleo, but find cutting out flour and sugar and increased walking (30 min./day) has helped me lose 20 pounds pretty painlessly, plus curbs my cravings. Good Luck!!
