Macronutrients Graph -- What is it calculating the percentage of?

I haven't tracked food for a while, but am trying to do it again and so much has changed in the app I have no idea what it is actually tracking. Can someone explain it to me?

I can't find a way to change the settings. My personal macronutrient goal is 141g Carbs, 141g Protein, 54g Fat, 25g Fiber. What is the app set for in terms of the Macronutrient breakdown? The only food goal I can find to set is for total calories. When I entered my breakfast the little Macronutrients graph shows 0% Carbs (0g), 67% Fat (24g), 33% Protein (26g). If I click the "Nutrition Facts" it shows 12g Fat, 13g Protein. What is it giving a percentage of? I'm so confused. And maybe I just can't use the app to do what I need?

I also noticed I can't make custom "meals" like I used to, is there a different way to do that? Or is that no longer an option? It is a lot easier to enter redundant meals than adding each ingredient separate each time...

Thanks for any advice.

I do think we can do that. Personally I really need to track calcium, and that isn't even on the micronutrients list.
