Hi all! Recently I've started doing meal prep for my lunches and I find it incredibly useful. This week is a beef and broccoli teriyaki bowl, and next week is a chicken fajita bowl. Two weeks ago I had a rice, beans, and cheese burrito bowl. I'm looking for new ideas so I can switch it up. I like all kinds of food and I'm open to trying new things, so feel free to recommend anything you like 🙂

Hi @marissaseuss what a great idea. Are you making five of these bowls at once to eat during the week? I've no real ideas now, but I'm sure other members will. Thanks for making me hungry!

I make five on Sunday night then take one every day for my lunch at school! I'm currently a junior in high school, so having extra time in the mornings and weekday evenings is everything. I like it so much that I recommend it to all my friends.

Those bowls sound really good!
How about salad but add different things all the time. Some kind of meat (Chicken or Pastrami), beans.
Also this time of year its getting cold and I love home made soups or chili to

@marissaseuss do schools these days have microwaves to heat things in or do you need to use a thermos to keep things warm? So many schools have requirements on what is allowed to bring on campus. Glad you're so creative.
@WendyB soup is always good, even in the summer. Last night was tomato soup with grilled cheese.

when I was a junior in high school, I used to bring a couple of food and drinks which would help me during the long lessons I had. boiled eggs are super easy to make, cut it up and put a little salt on it. also Avocado can be really great, not on its own but you can make a really yummy boiled egg and avocado salad. sandwiches could be nice depends if you eat carbs or not, if you don't eat carbs then i recommend you bring with you 4 pieces of thinly sliced turkey ham, boiled egg, cut up some cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt. if you are eating carbs, then gluten free bread or any type of dark bread can be really yummy, with lowfat cream cheese or a little bit of butter with your favorite lean meat and some vegtables. for drinks, i like to drink pukka teas 2 times a day and a latte to keep me going

Hi @gymaddict20. I am glad you liked the recipe. Let us know when you have prepared it. Thanks for posting.
I have another recipe for you all: Chicken mushroom wrap.
Mix all ingredients and serve on the tortilla. Real quick to prepare and you get a tasty dish.
Let me know if you like it.
