Here is it:

I drink 4-5 of these each day, one of which with milk (cappucino). Self-made at home from quality, freshly roasted beans. This is my gear (grinder + espresso machine):

 

Caffeine is a great stimulant, and perfectly safe. Any other espresso lovers out there?

@Colinm39 : my red cups are Italian-made (IPA Porcellane), but there’s this Hongkong company called Loveramics that make similar cups (here is their espresso model, called "egg") in various colours, including bright red. I see they’re available in Australia, if you want to make your daughter happy .
